2. Order Acceptance and Verification
- Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an automated confirmation via email/SMS. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
- Verification Call: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may call or WhatsApp you to verify the order. If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your order will be automatically cancelled.
- Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent transactions.
3. Pricing and Payments
- Currency: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment Methods: We currently accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – available nationwide.
- Online Bank Transfers / EasyPaisa / JazzCash.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping during specific promotional periods.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.) and up to 7 working days for other areas.
- Logistics: We use trusted third-party couriers (TCS, Leopards, Trax, etc.). Wearzenith.store is not liable for delays caused by weather, strikes, or courier-side technical issues.
5. Exchange and Returns Policy
In the Pakistani fashion market, we understand the importance of fit. Our policy is as follows:
- Exchange: You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if the product is faulty, the wrong size was sent, or the item is defective.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all Wearzenith tags intact.
- Sale Items: Products purchased during a Sale or Clearance period are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the item delivered is damaged.
- Returns: We currently do not offer a “change of mind” return policy. Refunds are only issued in the form of a Store Credit/Voucher if a replacement for a faulty item is unavailable.
6. Product Accuracy
- We strive to display the colors and textures of our clothing as accurately as possible. However, due to screen brightness and photographic lighting, slight variations in color may occur.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Wearzenith.store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or inability to use the website.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
